MUSCLE BUILDING RECIPES
by Jason E. Cohen

I hear it all the time, "I don't have time to prepare my meals so
I don't eat clean."

This recipe may be the answer to a meal that can last you all
week. Ground Turkey Chili takes about 30 minutes to make
and will stay fresh all week in the fridge. Divide the Chili up
in Tupperware containers and keep them in the fridge until
you are ready to eat them. Don't be afraid to add some Chili
to a baked potato for extra carbs!

2 lbs. ground 97% lean Turkey
2 cans Tomato Sauce
1 can Light Red Kidney Beans
1 can fresh cut tomatoes or stewed tomatoes
10 oz water
Four Alarm Chili Seasoning Kit or 2 pouches McCormick Chili
seasoning

Cook the two pounds of turkey in a pan over medium flame
until completely white. Mix 2 cans of tomato sauce,1 can
fresh cut tomatoes, 1 can drained kidney beans, 10 oz of
water and chili seasoning in a large covered pot. Add
cooked ground turkey to the pot and let simmer for 30
minutes.

8oz serving contains 55g protein and 25g carbs
