Best Natural Bodybuilding Program

Interview With Paul Becker

Auther of Truly Huge the Best Natural Bodybuilding Program

Q. What do you think are the main barriers that prevent people from training or reaching their training goals?

A. Most people I talk to are just not training or eating right for their specific goals, also they are so overloaded with false information and conflicting theories that they don’t know what to do any more.

Q. In your opinion what are the main factors in an effective workout routine?

A. An effective workout must be progressive, meaning that over time you must force your muscles to lift heavier weights.

Also an effective workout must stimulate growth but not be carried on so long and so often that the body can’t recover from the volume and frequency of the workout stress.

Q. How long did it take to develop your program?

A. It took me 16 years of training and experimenting to finally come up with a program that really works for us drug free genetically average bodybuilders.

Q. What makes you different from other business's in your niche?

A. I am not genetically gifted and have never used steroids, so I had to find out what really works and what doesn’t for the natural bodybuilder.

I made tons of mistakes over the years and people that follow my advice do not have to make those same mistakes I made or waste as much time as I did on non productive methods.

If I knew what I know now, when I first started working out I could have made fast progress right from the beginning and reached my goals in a fraction of the time.

So that is what I am giving someone with my program, the benefit of my knowledge and experience.

Q. What foods do you recommend for 1) energy 2) muscle growth 3) Staying lean.

A. Proper diet would naturally give you all three. If you want to be muscular, lean, healthy and full of energy learn to eat as nature intended. Eat like a hunter-gatherer: lean meats, fish, chicken, turkey along with a lot of fresh raw fruits and vegetables. Keep away from anything that is processed or changed from the way it is found in nature.

Q. Can you give us a brief overview of your own exercise routine?

A. I usually train about three days a week for no more then an hour for each workout. I keep records of all my workouts so that I never have to guess what weight or reps I did last time, this way my workouts can always be progressive in reps or weight - and that means progress.

Q. How many times a week do you recommend people workout?

A. Many natural bodybuilders do well on 3 workouts a week, but not everyone is the same and some people need to workout less due to a limited exercise stress tolerance.

Q. How many days rest between workouts?

A. A good rule to follow is at least 1 day off for every workout day. But just like the last question people have different stress tolerance and recovery abilities so each person has to find the volume and frequency that works best for them. That is exactly how the Truly Huge program works, it is not a one-size-fits-all program, it gives the person the information and tools they need to tailor the program to themselves and make the fastest progress they are capable of making.
