Enjoy these bodybuilding snack recipes!


Chocolate Cheesecake Smoothie

1 Cup fat free cottage cheese
2 Tbsp fat free sugar free chocolate instant jello pudding
1 tsp Cocoa
6 Ice cubes
12 oz. fat free milk

Mix all in a blender until smooth. Drink up - it's delicious!


Protein & Wheat Snack

1 Scoop vanilla protein powder
2 Tbsp Cream of Wheat
2 Tbsp Wheat Bran
1 1/2 Cups cold water
1 packet of Splenda

Mix all of the dry ingredients together. Add cold water and stir until no lumps remain. Cook on stove, stirring often. Be sure to stir often, so that it doesn't get a solid or lumpy texture.

Cook until boiling and stir again. Repeat this process until it begins to thicken - then it is done. Add cinnamon or vanilla extract to taste.


Healthy Snacks for Bodybuilders

Here are a few really healthy snacks for bodybuilders:

1 Cup Cottage Cheese, 1 Orange

3 Whole Wheat Crackers with 3 oz. Low-Fat Cheddar Cheese

1 Banana blended with 1 scoop protein powder, with 14 almonds


Bodybuilding Late Night Snack

Need a bodybuilding late night snack? Here are a couple of good options.

2 Tbsp. Peanut Butter spread on two rice cakes

1 Cup Cottage Cheese with a few almonds


Bodybuilding Bedtime Snack

Need a good bodybuilding bedtime snack? Try a few of these.

1/2 Cup Cottage Cheese, 1/2 Chicken Breast

1 Apple, 1 Tbsp Natural Peanut Butter

1/2 Cup Cottage Cheese inside 1/2 Cantaloupe


Pre Workout Snack Bodybuilding

Need a good bodybuilding pre-workout snack? Try one of these.

1 All Natural Granola Bar

1 Banana

1/2 Can Tuna, 1 glass Skim milk

1 Sweet Potato
