Bodybuilding Tuna Recipes


Try these free bodybuilding tuna recipes.

Tuna-Pineapple Combo
280 calories

In a large bowl, mix the following:
1/2 6-ounce can chunk light tuna in water, drained [75]
1/4 cup (2 ounces) dark red kidney beans [65]
1/2 cup (4 ounces) pineapple chunks, water pack [50]
2 tablespoons sweet relish [40]
1 tablespoon of light mayonnaise [50]

Tuna-Bean Divine
305 calories

In a large bowl, mix the following:
1/2 6-ounce can chunk light tuna in water, drained [75]
1/2 cup (4 ounces) canned sweet peas [60]
1/2 cup (4 ounces) canned three bean salad, drained [70]
1/2 apple, chopped [50]
1 tablespoon of light mayonnaise [50]

Tuna/Chicken Veggie Zest
295 calories

In a large bowl, mix the following:
1/2 6-ounce can chunk light tuna in water, drained [75]
1/2 cup (4 ounces) Campbell's Healthy Request condensed soup, Chicken Vegetable (do not add water) [80]
1/4 cup (2 ounces) whole kernel corn, canned, no salt added [60]
1/2 ounce dry roasted peanuts [80]

The following have very few calories, so you may use them freely to add flavor to these tuna recipes:

Chili pepper
Prepared horseradish
Paprika
Parsley
Dijon mustard
Black pepper
Garlic
Lemon juice
