I used Cybergenics QuickTrim last Spring/Summer. I had
fantastic results and lost 20 pounds in two

It is a good "crutch" to have the pills and such to keep
your day more organized. Cybergenics produces results, if you also follow
their recommendations as far as calorie consumption/dietary recommendations,
and the exercise recommendations.

then, he acknowledges that this diet is designed for quick weight loss
for a specific event, ie, you're going to the high school reuninon in
a couple of weeks and want to be a bit thinner.
