I'm posting regarding Vince Gironda's 10 x 10 training method...I train every Mon, Wed and Fri and pair off the following muscle groups...chest/tri....back/bi....legs/shoulders...is it ok and safe to pair off the muscle groups this way instead plus can I add more exercises and still get the same gains?

I would suggest one change do chest with biceps and and back with triceps.
No you should not do more exercises on 10 sets of 10 reps, you should only do one exercise per body part.
