Weight Lifting And Alcohol Consumption

Posted by: Chris

I've been following your tips for about a year or so now, and I don't recall ever reading anything solely focussing on the detriments of booze when trying to shed fat. I can't tell you how much weight I lost simply by cutting out drinks at the end of the day. Forget about moderation, forget about red wine or low-carb beer. The simple truth is it's pretty much impossible to try to lose fat and be a daily drinker, unless you're over-compensating either by working out longer than you should or need, or by cutting too much on daily food. I bet many of your readers would benefit by a tip that laid it out simply: you can't drink and expect to lose fat.
