How To Do A Push Up

Lay down with your chest on the floor and your hands on the floor (palms down) beside your shoulders.

Push on the floor and straighten your arms keeping your body and legs stiff using only your toes and palms to keep your body off of the floor.

Then bend your arms and lower your chest until it touches the floor then push it back up again.
