I began with muscle training because I was a real skinny guy - only 60 kgs (132

The result: After 6 months of "gaining",
I had over 100 kgs (220 lbs), but my mirror only said: "You are transformed
from a small, but muscular boy to a big, fat ton!" My waist was up
to 105 cm (41.4 inches), but my Arms and legs were thin as before... What a mess, what
had I done?
I do now - what would you do in this situation? Diet? Steroids? No, I didn't want to risk my haleness with some drugs or a
"miracle-diet" - I needed a secure way to a lean, muscular,
but healthy body!!
