The inner biceps compliments the outer head of your biceps for a well rounded arm
Use the preacher bench bench for the best way to work the inner biceps
What would a biceps workout be without some work geared towards the inside of the biceps?
To isolate the inner head of the biceps, you must have a really firm and sturdy placement of your elbows on the preacher curl bench. Keep your elbows close together (roughly three inches apart) and your hands about eleven inches apart.
Make sure your elbows are "locked-in" to that position and that you avoid swaying your whole body.
Wrap your thumbs under the bar and curl up, then right away down to the end of the range.
Keep constant tension on the muscles, especially your inner biceps. Flex and squeeze your biceps at the top of the movement and flex your triceps at the bottom end of the movement.
