Bodybuilding Grocery List

Many bodybuilders are confused on what they should eat, well this is my healthy grocery shopping list for bodybuilders it should help you get a good idea of what you should buy when you go to the grocery store. You will notice I stick to foods as close to nature as possible with no processed or junk food (except on a rare cheat day). I try to eat like a hunter gatherer meaning mostly lean proteins and plenty of fresh raw vegetables and fruits, this keeps me lean and gives me plenty of energy of my bodybuilding workouts.

After reviewing my food choices you will have a good idea of what are the best choices for health, fitness muscle gain and fat loss. You can make changes based on your body type, goals and personal tastes.

My Bodybuilding Grocery Shopping List

Chicken breast (boneless and skinless)
Fish (tuna, shrimp, salmon, sole, cod, etc. wild caught and fresh)
Ground turkey
Beef (steak or ground beef extra lean)
Buffalo (steaks and burgers)
Eggs (organic, cage free)
Brown rice
Fruit (apples, grapefruit, peaches, bananas, pears, pineapple, blueberries, watermelon, honeydew melon, etc. organic when possible)
Vegetables (lettuce, spinach, broccoli, onions, peppers, tomatoes, cucumber, carrots, avocados, etc. organic when possible)
Olive oil (organic)
Coconut oil (organic)
Mrs. Dash
Bottled water
