A Club classic drink, whether

fits the bill. Try one at the club, or make your own.
- 1 cup ice
- 1 cup milk (skim), or unsweetened fruit juice
- 1 whole banana quartered and frozen
- 1 tablespoon of wheat germ or more
- ╝ cup of no-fat plain yogurt
- 1 tablespoon of whey protein or more
- (optional) 1 whole egg or egg white
For Weight Control drink one shake daily to replace a meal
For Weight Gain drink 2-3 times daily between meals.
Add more Good Stuff to increase calories!
