Protein powder and high blood pressure

Posted by: J.R.

Hello Mr. Becker I have read several articles but still not sure on the subject of what protein powder someone can take if they have high blood pressure. From most of what I read Whey Isolate seems to be the better but do you have any opinion on this subject. I want to keep lifting but I am older now and my blood pressure is not so good.

Sincerely,

J.R.

Some of the side effects of protein powder can be gas, bloating, diarrhea, constipation and water retention (which can effect blood pressure).

For these and other reasons I no longer use protein powder, I use Nitrobol amino acid capsules see https://www.trulyhuge.com/nitrobol.htm

Best,

Paul
