My Bench, Deadlift, Squat Statistics

Posted by: Robert

I have recently decided to switch to a powerlifting program which i wish i had done a few years back. I weigh 189 pounds and as follows I....

Bench Press: 220 pounds for 2 reps

Deadlift: 275 pounds for 7 reps

Squat: 220 pounds for 3 reps

Is this any good for my weight and be honest. If you know, could you tell me what weight i would have to work up to in each of those lifts to stand a chance of competing in an actual powerlifting competition for my bodyweight.

I'm 21 years old, 6 feet tall.

Would appreciate the input.
