Why Is It So Hard To Gain Muscle

Posted by: Kyle (killa_13@hotmail.co.uk)

Im 16, 5'8" and i have been training for hypertrophy for about 2-3 months, i find it hard to eat a lot of protein as i go to school and it is difficult to eat a vast amount during the day as i do not have time. I was wondering considering i am an ectomorph will i still gain muscle if i continue to train for size but not eating a vast amount of protein or will eating lots of protein make my gains faster or will my gains stay the same as i am still growing.
