Bodybuilding After Illness

Posted by: Robert (Biddian@aol.com)

I've lifted up until three years ago. I had to stop because of severe abdominal pain. I was diagnosed with Hep.C and Chrones Disease. Due to doctor's delay in treating me, my condition had became more inflamed. I am left now with less muscle strength, almost no grip, and a constant feeling of fatigueness. I would like to get back into body building, which has been a passion of mine for years. Before treatment had started,I was able to bench over 360lbs now I am lucky if I can do 120lbs. What do you recommend to build up my strength and energy level at the same time. I am still being treated with medication for the Hep. C. Any advice is welcomed, and apperciated.
