1. There is a cycle when taking Kre-Alkalyn which would last for about 16 weeks. You should use Kre-Alkalyn for 12 weeks and then rest for at least 4 weeks before you start the cycle again.

On the other hand, if you would have a intense training on that day, you should take two servings of Kre-Alkalyn. First serving must be taken before you workout. The other one can be taken after the activity.

4. Do not use the Kre-Alkalyn continuously. Make sure that you take a time off (4 weeks) before you start with the new cycle of the supplement again.

5. See to it that you do not take more than 3 grams of Kre-Alkalyn every day.

6. For starters, although there is no loading phase, you should consider taking at least 1.5 grams of Kre-Alkalyn every day whether you workout or not.

7. You can compliment your Kre-Alkalyn intake with amino acid supplements and other bodybuilding supplements.

8. Athletes who are more than 200 pounds can eventually increase their Kre-Alkalyn dosage.
