How to Transform Fat into Muscle

How do overweight men regularly turn fat into muscle?

In a very simple way.

They use specific exercise combinations to shock their nervous system (neuro-stimulation) to a maximum without going into overtraining.

While it is true that you cannot transform fat into muscles in a physiological way,in practice it seems that a person who gains muscle mass quickly loses a lot of fat at the same time. Why? Because your body consumes your fat deposits while building up those muscles.

Here is an example: Let's say you weigh 200 lbs and start on a muscle building program with which you build up 11 lbs of pure muscle in six weeks.

Consider now the following: If you build up 11 lbs of pure muscle mass in these 6 weeks - what would your weight be now?

If your answer is 211 lbs - you could not be more wrong. In fact, you would weigh between 200 and 205 lbs, because you've lost between 6 and 11 lbs of fat as a "side effect", without dieting.

Now, can you imagine how your body would look in the mirror in 6 weeks, with 11 lbs of fat transformed into pure muscles?
