6 Week Fat Loss Tips

Here are some tips that have proven successful in helping people
drop fat in 6 weeks.

1. Be aware of each gram of fat has more then twice the calories
of either protein or carbohydrates. Read food labels carefully
and avoid foods that are high in fat.

2. Fiber helps make us feel full, but it also regulates the 
release of sugar into the bloodstream. Some food that provide 
high amounts of fiber are bran, whole grain breads, prunes, 
blackberries, wheat germ, kidney, lima, navy, pinto and white 
beans.

3. eat high-density nutrition foods, that provide both the fuel 
and the nutrients you need. Avoid empty calories such as 
candy bars, etc.

4. Eat slowly, not only will this give you more time to enjoy 
your meals but you will feel satisfied with less food.

5. Don't get famished. Some people will eat too little and 
end up starving, then they typically gorge themselves. It's
much better to eat several small meals a day and not let 
yourself get too hungry.

6. Drink plenty of water, as least eight 8 oz glasses a day,
that includes water in all beverages, but the more you get 
from plain water, the fewer calories you will consume.
