Bodybuilding and Juicing

What are the benefits of juicing for bodybuilding? 

When you are bodybuilding, you need extra daily nutrients to support 
your training, but the way that those nutrients come into your body 
makes a big difference in your success.

Juicing provides an ideal means of getting in those nutrients while 
bodybuilding. Not only does choosing fresh fruit and vegetable juice
in place of other foods provide a healthier option that can help 
you lose body fat and tone your muscles, but the high levels of 
vitamins and nutrients in fresh produce also helps your muscles 
remain strong and can help your muscles rebound and body heal during 
hard workouts.

Consuming juices prior to working out, instead of solid foods, also
frees up your body to workout, instead of working on digestion. When
you eat solid foods, your body must dedicate energy to breaking those
foods down so that you can absorb the nutrients in the food. Juices, 
however, donít require any breaking down and the nutrients absorb

lifting.
