How Much Should I Weigh For Bodybuilding

It is a myth that "You need to be heavy to have a muscular physique."

To get a GREAT physique and a lot of muscle you don't need to be 
heavy.

It's NOT about how heavy you are, it's how good you look... 

In the sport of bodybuilding, this is a HUGE illusion...often 
bodybuilders are lighter than they look.

A lot of people worry too much about what they weigh!

You NEED to stop worrying about what you weigh and more about how 
you look...

Very often people who worry too much about their weight, eat the 
wrong kind of foods.

When it comes to cutting down they struggle to lose the fat and 
get to the shape they want because their "food sources" were/are 
all wrong.

Stop looking at the scales and start using the mirror a bit more! 

One final myth is a big one..."I need to take steroids to get a 
great body".

People often want the quick fix and because of this, are all to 
keen to start taking steroids in the aim of getting a great 
body. 

After years of competing naturally, this just isn't true...and to me
this is a "big no no".

You need to exploit your true potential and not jump on the steroid 
boat...

DON'T turn to steroids.

I have made GREAT gains naturally.

SERIOUS gains! Yes, naturally!

Once you start using steroids it's very hard to go back. That's a 
huge problem. You see, you set the bar high by using steroids. 

It's hard to go back to the slower gains of doing things naturally.

The quick answer of using steroids isn't the long term answer.
