Training Early for Fat Loss
The early bird gets the worm and the early trainee gets the fat loss.
That's because studies have shown that the people who work out
earlier in the day tend to burn more fat in their workouts.
That fact should be great motivation to get out earlier in the day
and get the workout going. Knowing that your efforts will be more
successful because you are working out early makes it easier to get
out of bed.
You can double down on the early effect by adding the longer effect
to it. That is, make your early workout last for more than 20
minutes. Going beyond the 20 minute mark also burns more fat. So
you can have a double fat burning effect that strips the fat right
off your body.
Take it one step further by making a real long workout on the
weekend. Get up early on the weekend and go for a super long
workout. You can really burn a lot of fat by doing this.
