The Perfect Fitness Plan To Be The Perfect You
Take a few minutes and write down exactly how you want
yourself to look and feel in the next month to 6 months.
Take a couple more minutes after that and write down a
day in your life that would help you to achieve that.
For instance: I will work out for 30 minutes a day, I
will take the stairs instead of the elevator, I will
drink 10 glasses of water a day, I will make healthy
choices for what I eat, I will make enough time to get
a good sleep each night, if I feel stressed I will
take two minutes to relax.
Those are just a few examples of things that you can
do on a daily basis to help achieve your fitness goals.
We are all at different places in our lives and looking
for different outcomes. Write down what feels perfect
for you, then the next month do it again and set your
sights a little higher.
