Quick Fat Loss Tricks
When it comes to fat, the quicker the better. And there are certain
things you can do to carve fat off quickly.
Early Exercise Habit
One of the best things to do is a combination trick – exercise
early and on an empty stomach. Studies show that exercising early
in the morning translates into a bigger fat burn and it continues
throughout the day.
Substitution
Another trick – substitute a low calorie protein drink for your
lunch. This will let you dial in specifically on the amount of
calories you are getting, and the amount you are avoiding. Include
just enough fruit to flavor the drink and no more. Use a base such
as milk or soymilk, and include a low fat yoghurt and a banana in
the blend.
Snack
Snack on some nuts and cheese between meals to keep your appetite
down. You don't need a lot of either to curb your hunger as nuts
and cheese go a long way toward filling you up.
Cut Portion Size
The final trick to fast fat los is to cut the size of the portion of
food you are eating. You still get to eat the food and enjoy the
taste, but you don't eat as much as you typically would eat, and
this helps you lose fat. You keep the thermal effect going
consistently, but you drop the calories by a degree.
