The Secret To Getting Big Arms

People ask me every day "What is the secret to getting big arms?".

I will tell you right now one of the biggest secrets, and that is 
- To Get Big Arms You Need TO Get A Big Body.

You can do as many curls and tricep extensions as you want but your
arms will only get so big.

If you really want big arms you will have to get big all over, you 
need to gain more bodyweight, at least 10 pounds of bodyweight for 
each inch bigger you want your arms to be.

How do you do that? By specializing on the largest muscles of your 
body - legs, hips, back, chest, etc.

Hit those areas hard and plan to increase your strength by 50 to 100 
pounds on your deadlifts, squats, rows, bench press, etc. for each 
new inch on your arms.

You can actually get bigger arms by cutting out direct arm work for 
a while, because compound exercise actually work the arms harder, 
for example in rows your lats assist pulling the weight up thus 
working your biceps harder. 

You can row more then you can curl, right?

The same with the bench press or the overhead press, the delts and 
pecs help push your triceps harder.

So work the big compound exercises hard and watch your arms grow 
along with the rest of your body.
