With a family of four this was perfect for my small home. It fitted perfectly in our bedroom and it was ideal because my husband and I could use it anytime we needed to. We both were overweight and decided this was the best way to lose weight it helps you maintain the weight and level of exercise that you want. This home gym offers many exercising positions and comes with dumbbell exercises and the leg rollers are very adjustable for any size to fit for your convenience. The features that come with the 1450 are very convenient they come with stainless steel rods, power coated weight lifts. The lower lift pulleys works to strengthen the lower body muscles and work on the smaller muscles.
The exercise dvd is excellent to begin your own home training it shows you how to train your body step by step. It takes you through the whole motion to get your body feeling good and work off those unwanted calories. I was more energized than I ever have been, I wanted to find the easy home gym that would accommodate all my body needs from my neck down to my triceps and biceps. I noticed after a few weeks of using the Vectra home gym that I and my husband started to lose weight my mom even would come over and exercise to strengthen her leg muscles, she was so impressed in of how great we started to look. Both of us were losing weight at the right pace and sticking to a good healthy diet. We could do any exercises we needed for the back, legs, chest, shoulders, abdominals, etc. We were feeling good and we are very satisfied with the price, it costs $2,976 which was very reasonable compared to other home gyms. We could work out even to relieve a stressed out day and we always felt better.
