Which Creatine is the Best to Take
You probably did not know that the stomach acid destroys creatine, it has been estimated that as much as 66% of the creatine you take is never absorbed. So, once creatine hits the acid in your stomach, the amount that is getting to your muscles is a lot less then you think you are getting.
This has obviously resulted in people taking more and more creatine in order to solve the problem. But the truth is very different from the fact as it seems that taking high doses of creatine can only create side effects that are anything from nausea to diarrhea, etc.
The first and most generic creatine is creatine monohydrate. There have been advances on the creatine molecule since then. Anavol has developed a creatine that consists of combination of Creatine Alpha-Ketoglutarate and Glutamine Alpha-Ketoglutarate in order to try and solve the problem.
It seems that science has always been very aware of this problem and continues to search for a solution. The latest good news on how they have solved this problem is Kre-AlkalynŽ Creatine for the successful and a novel method of keeping creatine monohydrate stable and completely free of toxic conversion.
The main problem with all existing creatine supplements which is the inability to deliver concentrated amounts of creatine without toxic conversion, was finally solved. Since Kre-AlkalynŽ Buffered Creatine is free of unwanted creatinine conversion following liquid activation.
This puts an end to the days of having to saturate your body with huge ten to twenty gram amounts of creatine monohydrate to get the desired strength, endurance and muscle building effects. More concisely, Kre-AlkalynŽ allows you to safely consume creatine, to full and most potent effect, with only a fraction of previous dosages.
It seems that the famous creatine monohydrate is not as effective on the molecular level. It does not penetrate your muscle cells. Creatine monohydrate is a hydrophilic molecule (retains water). Because of this, it does not penetrate the lipid layers around the muscle cell.
Creatine monohydrate requires energy transporters which are other nutrients. Creatine monohydrate is a semilipophilic molecule which means it does not use lipids efficiently to transport through. Lipids are on the outside of every muscle cell and creatine has to penetrate these lipid layers. This causes the side effects known as "creatine bloating".
