Athletic Body Workout by Eddie Lomax

The Athletic Body Workout is something that has just been released by the well-known author of many great eBooks like "Workout without Weights" and many more. His name is Coach Eddie Lomax, Founder and President of the Optimum Fitness Network and he knows what he is doing.

His new eBook called the Athletic Body Workout breaks the entrenched pattern that we all have fallen into. As the coach himself says "Bodybuilding resistance training combined with long-slow cardio has never been the path to the athletic body".

He continues by explaining that this exercise prescription is still being used by millions, even though it FAILS to produce RESULTS. He says that by taking the athletic approach to your training and combining the RIGHT resistance exercises, with the RIGHT training protocols and the RIGHT energy system training (Cardio), you build the athletic body you seek.

He quite rightly says that most men stubbornly adhere to ineffective workouts, even though they aren’t getting the results they seek. They perform the same workout over and again, with little or nothing to show for it. But instead of taking a good, hard look at the workout program to identify the problem, they blame themselves.

It is certainly a good point that he is making and he suggests that training like a professional bodybuilder and eating junk food at all the wrong times is a way to guarantee failure. The coach quite correctly says that the answer is all in creating a very specific plan to get the results that you want.

He says that the answer is in big, compound movements, organized into workouts stimulating both the muscles and cardiorespiratory system plus progressively more intense energy system training produces more RESULTS for your training efforts. He continues by saying that the answer is to be cutting out the dependence on “isolation” exercises, unnecessary abdominal training and increasingly lengthy cardio sessions.

The coach says that the answer is not in your specific workout that you do every day but rather in your total workout plan. He says that his new eBook that he is selling offers 3 different workouts: The General Fitness Workout, The Fat Loss Workout and The Strength & Size Workout.

While each workout program targets different goals (fitness, fat loss and strength & size), all three work towards the ULTIMATE GOAL of the Athletic Body. Rotating between each of the 3 workouts keeps you on a steady path to the strong, muscular, lean body of an athlete that performs great, feels great and looks great.

It certainly looks convincing and seems to offer an effective and new approach to an old problem. We see many people in gyms that train like the devil but never show any improvements and the coach seems to have a way to solve that problem.
