My name is Bryan Kernan. I have been going to the gym for more than 10 years. When I first started I thought: "If I train 2-3 hours a day, I will look like a Mr. Universe winner in 2-3 months". I was dismayed to find I was so damn wrong! But the worst part was that I had to train so stupidly for years before I discovered what really builds muscle.

In fact I was one of those skinny guys, trying to gain the muscle I needed so badly. And after years of  exhausting work-outs I made very little progress! I was so disappointed that I decided to quit training and do some research. In the next one year I didn’t go to the gym even once, but went to the library and read all the literature that was there, I read all the magazines I could find, I talked with doctors, instructors, teachers, nutrition experts, bodybuilders and powerlifters.

In other words, I took advantage of every source of useful information that would help me gain muscle. Then, after this year of hard research and learning, I made myself a diet, a training program and a supplementation program. After that I put all the knowledge into practice and I have to admit that what I gained in 6 weeks was more then I gained in all the previous years!

I know that sounds pretty unbelievable but it is absolutely true. All of the so called “experts” told me the phrase: ” Wait and the results will come!”, I had to go through all the hype that the “big guys” told me until I found the proven methods and techniques that I could adapt to work for me.

I don’t want to make this success story too long so I will honestly tell you that after reading thousands of pages of information and separating the good from the bad I finally achieved my goals. What I personally gained were 25 pounds of hard muscle in 2 months! What I can tell you is that  90% of your success is due to diet and supplements and only 10% to training.

So, what you have to do is take in only the best nutrition and I promise you that you will achieve your goals faster than you ever imagined. I don’t want to be claptrap and I will share with you one of my muscle building secrets that helped me gain 25 lbs. in 2 months!

There isn't a better way than an example, so I will give you my secret tip for post-workout supplementation:

IMMEDIATELY after your workout down at least 10 to 15 tablets (20 tablets if you're over 200 pounds) of Nitrobol. Take your Nitrobol with water, not any of those sugar-loaded "post workout" drinks.

Wait 45 minutes to an hour after you took the Nitrobol and drink a post workout meal replacement or protein powder. In my opinion a post-workout drink should have about 40 grams of high quality whey, milk, or egg protein along with about 60 grams of carbs with minimal fats. Fats slow digestion and you want this meal to be digested quickly.
