Are full body workouts good for building mass

Posted by: Tyler

I am a carpet cleaning tech and am basically doing cardio all day at work.  I was doing a 5 day circuit of chest/back, bi's/tris, shoulders/legs.

I just decided today to try to do a monday wednesday friday full body routine.  I figured this would give me time to gain some weight and try to load up  on good carbs to gain size then may be able to go back to the 5 day split when I want to cut.

What are your thoughts on this?  I have been on the 5 day regimine for almost a year taking a 4 day break every once in a while.

Yes, a full body 3 times a week routine is great for putting on size.

I have a great workout program that shows how to gain maximum muscle mass and has a unique approach to doing full body workouts see The Truly Huge Bodybuilding Program.

Best,

Paul
