Wanna get my 28 yr old body back
I am about to be 35 and have gone from 6 to 8 to now 15% body fat I would like to get back down to 8% but I don't want to use steroids never have. I have a fast motabolism not as high as it used to be but still fast.
How can I get my six pack back as well the V shape with the obliques more defined. Could also use tips for bigger more cut arms chest back and legs. Oh heck I need help with it all.
I do not belong to a gym. Don't do gyms and workout with my friend 3 nights a week. Squat, bench, deadlift. That leaves 3 days that I need help with on arms shoulders back stomach. Please advise
