I'm newish to training and had a question.
I've got a under developed chest for my age, which is 38. which I hope means I can train it to the shape I want.
I like the shape of vince's chest, it's similar to Brad Pitt's chest, it's like a v shape I suppose you could call it.
Could you please tell me which exercises in have to do to get that sort of v shaped chest that I desire.
Online they say that Brad Pitt just uses a chest press for his chest, I'm not sure.
You're help would be much appreciated.
