HOLDING POSES FOR DEEP CUTS
This was last summer - 51 years old. I don't compete anymore and have no delusions of doing so... But back in June 2015 I started holding compulsory poses for 15 seconds each, each night. I did this and increased the time by 15 seconds - and continued until I could hold and flex hard each pose for 90 seconds.
Try it. It'll kick your ass guaranteed. And cut you up.
( Note- if you pose like guys today ala looking like an electrocuted chimp with a barbed pole up its ass - you'll get NO cuts).
