Wondering what you would recommend for supplement shakes? I weigh 200 and have a tough time trying to intake enough protein during the day like you recommend. Wondering if you would have any shakes you can recommend that I could use during the day as my work is in a vehicle driving around from one place to another so it is tough for me to bring food along and try to reheat.
