Here is an easy and delicious homemade protein ice cream recipe for bodybuilding:
Low sugar cup of berry yoghurt
Cottage cheese - 3 ounces
Frozen banana - in chunks
Bio-Engineered Protein powder - 1 scoop, vanilla
Small amount of sea salt
Unsweetened cocoa - tablespoon
Ice cubes - cupful
Start with ice cubes and add ingredients one by one while mixing in blender at medium speed. Continue to mix until all ingredients are blended together and thick.
