Hello... I've read a few articles on Truly Huge site...now I'm curious about partial reps or stage reps (?) not sure if that's what they're called... How would I perform stage reps for greatest hypertrophy benefit in the Side Lateral raise for example? Thank you for any thoughts.

For the lateral raise do the top half of the movement (the hardest part) first and when you reach fatigue do the bottom half of the movement (the easier part), you will get a big pump from doing it this way.
