How do you get an eight pack? Is anyone going actually help?

I'm sure anyplace you can buy a six-pack probably also stocks eight-packs.

Oh! You meant ABS! Well, you work both your upper and lower ab muscles contstantly and with great focus; then, you have to diet so that your body fat is so low that your abs show up with no fat covering them. (This is hard to do and requires great dedication. Can you do it?)
