Load your weight med/heavy. Do 3 sets till muscle failure, then wait 2.5 minutes-do 2. wait 2.5 minutes and do 2, repeat for 8-12 sets. its the 2 that builds muscle fast, so, 3 sets till failure, then 8-12 sets of 2 with a wait time between them of 2.5 minutes. easy ! 3 days at the gym for 4 weeks and you'll be amazed at how your body builds up !!! Seriously try this, IT WORKS !!!!!!!!!!
