I just gave birth to my second child. Needless to say, my ab muscles are weak and very out of shape. I also have extra fat around my lower back/top of my hip area. Any suggestions on the best excercises to get rid of the extra weight around my lower back and to shape up my abs on a limited time schedule?

1st congratulations on the arrival of your second child. Stomach crunches will be the best for the lower abs, and some trunk twists might get the lower back tighter. Problem is there is no real way to spot reduce an area, a good overall exercise program along with a good diet will be your anwser to keeping up with your little ones.
when you say "limited amount of time" how long are we talking here??
