O.k I've seen this new dr.hoes mucles therapy thats supposed to tones your mucles by shock therapy. does this work?

It does work, but the vast majority of machines available to the general public aren't going to get the job done. A lot fo Russian sport scientists have done research on this type of stimulus. They've found that it can increase strength and is excellent for recovery/restoration purposes. But, their research is VERY specific and it's unlikely that the machine in question will do much more than make your wallet thinner.
