Hydro Flask review

Posted by: Shawn

We all know very well that to stay healthy we need to stay hydrated, whether it is Green Tea, your own kombucha mix or straight water, you need to drink a gallon a day if you sweat even a little bit. It comes from practice and planning to get that much fluid in, but convenience is offered by the Hydro Flask.

The Hydro Flask is not just another ordinary container that is easy to open, it is made from a high quality stainless steel with a double-wall for a vacuum insulation effect that will keep the liquid ice-cold for 24 hours or piping hot for 12 hours, plus the easy to open plastic cap is BPA free.

Obviously it will make a difference whether it is winter or summer, when training the more you sweat the more needs to be replaced. But the sheer convenience of having a steaming hot cup of coffee exactly the way you like it within arms-reach all day is certainly tempting in the middle of winter.

In summer the choices of fruit juice with pieces of ice floating in them is something that is easy to carry around and can be packed in your bag with little effort, just like resting it in a cup holder while you are driving or stuck in traffic. The Hydro Flask was produced to increase the efficiency with which we take in the required one gallon or 2 liters of water required every day.

Another great advantage of the Hydro Flask is that you could fill it with a carbonated drink which will keep from going flat, if the Hydro Flask remains shut when not drinking. They come in different variations that range from a black coffee sized mug with a straw lid to a full 500ml bottle in a range of colors to choose from.
