Exercises for the whole body

Posted by: Shehrose

My question is about exercises that work all or most the muscles of the body (as well as ligaments and tendons). Do any such exercises exist? I've read, for example, that rowing works about 90 percent or greater of the body. But are there complementary exercises to rowing that fill in the gaps? Are there most-efficient bundles of exercises that do work out all the muscles of the body? How about conditioning the ligaments and tendons?

Thank you,

Shehrose
