Old School Calf Workout

Old School Calf Blast

Here is a Bodybuilding B.S. (before steroids) technique for calf development. This old school calf blast will shape up those lower legs in 4-6 weeks if done twice weekly.

1. Do one set of calf raises.

2. During the rest period, rub into the calves, Ben Gay. Yep, that common ol' Ben Gay ointment.

3. Do another set.

4. Rub in some more Ben Gay.

Work up to 6 sets, rubbing Ben Gay throughly into the muscle after each set. Expect some soreness (understatement) after first 1-3 workouts.

This technique also works great for biceps.
