Has anyone read this book by Dr. Douglas N. Graham?
"80/10/10" stands for the components of this low-fat, fruit-based, raw diet: a minimum of 80% carbohydrate, with a maximum of 10% protein and 10% fat. The diet is composed of fruits, vegetables, greens, nuts and seeds.
Has anyone tried it? What were your results?
I get the best results EVER when I do 811. I lost 60 pounds in 3 months, ZERO cravings! I had more energy then ever in my life & my well being was UNREAL.
I eat a diet that is essentially 80/10/10--a simple, high fruit, low fat diet and I feel amazing on it. I feel much better eating this way than any other raw approach I tried. I have much more energy, am happier and more alert, I haven't been sick at all, and I also experienced much less cravings. You should give it a try.
