Water Quality And What Water Is Best To Drink

Posted by: Ron

What's the best water to drink?

If you want the greatest purity, drink ozonated water with a pinch of celtic sea salt

What kinds of water should you drink? Well, there are three types of water that are excellent for consumption. The first would be reverse osmosis. The only problem with reverse osmosis is that it's far from economical because it wastes about 30% water to make clean water.

De-ionized water is much better.  It's the unit I have in my house and in my office and it wastes no water to make water.  Tests have shown that de-ionized water is a little bit better, quality wise, than reverse osmosis.

The grand daddy of them all is ozonation. There's very little that ozone is unable to destroy and ozone can clean up water pretty darn well. Those are the three best waters, reverse osmosis, de-ionization, and ozonation. If I had to categorize them, I would say that ozonation is the best, de-ionization is a close second and reverse osmosis is third.

Metro Detroit area Meijer stores, local grocery chains, Costco's and a lot of local health food stores either have de-ionized water or reverse osmosis water available so you can go to these places and fill up for around 0.25¢ to 0.35¢ per gallon if you bring your own jug. There are also a few water stations around town that have the same processes. But I also recommend, regardless of what water you're drinking, to always add celtic sea salt because our soil is so depleted of minerals, it's always a good idea to remineralize water.  Try a teaspoon full or two of celtic sea salt per gallon and if you really happen to perspire much then add up to 3 teaspoons.

Bottled water and spring water are very, very popular and my research shows me, and Dr. Harry Eidenier Jr. has informed me, that there's no ground water in America that's safe. It's all polluted!

Let's say for instance Scott's Lawn Service comes out to your home and sprays their chemicals on your lawn. Well, where do you think these chemicals go? They go right down into your ground water! If you live in a rural area near a farm, these farms use pesticides and they use MPK. They no longer use natural fertilizers, mulch or manure anymore. It's all synthetic chemical fertilizers and this stuff goes right down into the groundwater. NO ground water in America is safe and NO spring water is safe either so get that right out of your head. It no longer exists! So most of the spring waters you buy at a grocery store, drug store, or gas station are bad. I have a $300 water tester and have people bring their spring water in my office and when I test these people's water, I can show you that it's polluted by how the water turns color and every one of the spring waters that I have tested have been contaminated and they are far from being pure.

If you do buy bottled water, make sure it says a process of de-ionization or a process of reverse osmosis or a process of ozonation. You can assure yourself it is safe because these processes can take seawater and clean it up. I drink Detroit city water that's been de-ionized and it's perfectly great water. It checks out in my water tester as being absolutely pure. And then of course I add the celtic sea salt.
