Bodybuilding no progress

I started working out about 6 months ago but with school going on I only saw slow changes. I started doing more intense workouts and eating better at the beginning of June and my body was changing. It was great. Unfortunately, about three weeks ago my body peaked. My body still is much better than it was 6 months but not better than it was a month ago. I have no clue how to make a new workout that will push my body more because I never realized that this might happen. My workout was targeted at making me stronger and leaner but not necessarily bigger. I am a 20 year old girl and I targeted thighs, abs and shoulders. What should I do? My diet was lower in carbs and higher in fats on the days I was working out and higher in carbs, lower in fats on the days I was working out.
