A recent study was released showing the benefits of taking 16 grams of creatine over the traditional 5 grams. The results were pretty persuasive, even with some of the limitations of the study.
Increased brain creatine levels, indicating better energy metabolism.
Reduced fatigue levels.
Improved reaction times, showing potential cognitive benefits.
Enhanced hand-grip strength, suggesting a positive effect on physical performance (Great for those deadlifts).
I am a big believer in this. One additional benefit I noticed from switching to a higher dose was the insane pumps. And who doesn't love big pumps?
