Hello,
I have a question about mike mentzer training. I have notice that Mentzer had 3 different workout plans. A 2 day split, 3 day split and a 4 day split training. Which program is more ideal to start with and what is the order I should do these splits.
I know his big idea is to do less as you get stronger and more rest days in between workouts. The 2 day split has more exercises than 3 day and 4 day splits per day.
Thank you.

The reason there are different routines is because not everyone is the same. There are many factors in what routine is right for you, such as: how long you've been training, your strength level, your own personal exercise tolerance and recovery ability.
What you need to do is judge by the above, and pick the routine that best fits, then work with it for a while and make any needed adjustments based on your results or lack of results.
I full cover this in my new book see https://www.trulyhuge.com/mike-mentzer-book.html
