Hello,
I have a question about workout frequency. I weigh 74 kg and I am 1.69 tall. what level of workout should I use? I have already started level five through the Mike Mentzer program for 8 weeks.

There are many factors in how many rest days to take such as how long you've been training, how strong you are and your own personal recovery ability.
You don't want to over train but you also don't want to under train.
On pages 14 and 15 of the Truly Huge manual, it has the signs to tell if you are doing well or if you are over training. Use those to judge if you are taking enough rest days. see https://www.trulyhuge.com/huge.htm
