Hey,
Thank a lot for the information you have provided on Mike Mentzer's Heavy Duty 2 workout. I'm really excited to try it out. Please help me out with a couple of questions I have:
1. Why is there a lack of direct glutes and specially hamstring training? How are these groups worked?
2. Due to a back injury, I avoid deadlifts (back day), what is an ideal replacement for that?

1. Heavy Leg Presses do in fact work the glutes and hamstrings.
2. You can do hyperextensions or reverse hyperextensions.
